FINANCE MANAGEMENT• Do quality assurance on allocated budget,• Monitor and review expenditures,• Assists units compile RLS01 as per allocated budget,• Ensure that submitted RLS01 by units is corresponded to the allocated budget,• Procurement Plan, Cash Budget, RLS01 and Operational Plan,• Update RLS01 unit expenditure regularly,• Draft weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports,• Ensure that accurate allocations on Journals are correct,• Distribute monthly expenditure to all units,• Compile Telephone, Airtime, GCar, Fuel, Kilometers general ledger.• Endure that invoices match purchase orders,• File journals on SAP monthly,• Ensure that Cash Flows, OPS Plans and Asset Demand Plans are submitted correctly per unit,• Compile BAS reports on time and accurately,• Filing all records correctly and neatly and must be submitted before time.FINANCE ADMINISTRATION Implement SASA., independent schools Regulations, DBE circular (m1, m3, m4)and other financial prescript to ensure compliance by schools, Ensure that school install effective control systems and update financial policies, Ensure effective maintenance of financial records of schools, Monitor all funds received and spent by schools, Conduct training and workshop of representatives of schools, Implement SAICA project and other relevant projects, Ensure that all financial statements are submitted and are correct of all schools.Financial administration of schools Coordinate and facilitate receipt and distribution of final resources allocated andindicative resources allocated to and from schools, Ensure that all budgets of all schools are submitted as per indicative resourceallocation, Provide support to schools with the breakdown of transfer payments, Ensure the reconciliation of budget vs payments, Verify documentation received from schools.Administrative duties Comply weekly duties, Communicating to schools via email, telephone, and registry, Filing of correspondence.
