• Architect and deploy clustered/distributed Splunk Enterprise 7.x implementations.• Troubleshoot and optimise all aspects of Splunk, including the Splunk search head and indexer clusters, index storage monitoring, and SPL performance tuning.• Maintain and implement enterprise monitoring and alerting by utilising Splunk and organisationally defined best practices, perform advanced searching and report construction to help customers with the implementation of dashboards for data visualisation and understanding.• Work closely with various internal teams to capture requirements to design a Splunk solution that meets the internal teams’/customer’s expectations to visualise and understand the data.

• Implemented dashboards, alerts and reports on Splunk for Irdeto’s internal & external customers and configured various data inputs into Splunk• Monitored OTT streaming, IT infrastructure, Anti-piracy, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, reporting incidents and issues raised• Provided solutions by phone, email or remote connection to incidents and requests before escalating them to L2/L3 support • Maintained contact with the client and other parties involved in resolving incidents and performed application troubleshooting to quickly resolve the issues per documented procedures
