Ft area; located in Oradel Industrial Park in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. The total investment $ 60 Million of dollars.

Engineering Manager (Feb 2000 – March 2003)The principals activities has been as technology advisor, capital investment projects as well the coordination of manufacturing process improvements, with a team of six people with different background as industrial, mechanical, electrical and automation engineers.Important Goals• Expansion Project from 7,200 u/d a 9,300 u/d • Evaluation, justification and implementation of different projects around the range four million of dollars fro the period f 2000 to 2002• Lean Manufacturing Project implementation for the water heater plant located in Hamilton, Canada • Team member division level to implement the Guardian project (Flammable Vapors Ignition reluctant), $ 30 million division wise, three plant and leading the implementation in two (Nuevo Laredo and Mexicali)

Engineering Superintendent (Julio 1998 – February 2000)During this phase I was in charge to improve the automation capabilities.Important Goals • Automation of the production line (Point of Use water heaters –from 4 gal to 10 gal). The heart of the automation was the PID logic implementation for the automatic welders, which consist in the speed control in real time• Automation leader for the implementation of the 7,200 u/d project. Main responsibilities: tank fabrication area, porcelain spray booths, paint and porcelain ovens, overhead conveyors control and synchronization, final assembly lines update and finish goods final conveyor automation

Automation Project Engineer (Ago1997 - Jul 1998)The main emphasis in this time was the quality improvement of the welding process.• Voltage filter design, improving the welding quality; the goal: leak rate reduction from 10 % to 8.5 %• Speed control improvement; PID logic implementation, to emulate the human been movement• Design and implementation of real time monitoring system.
