Started with the request by Conrisq to support them with implementing the necessary policies and tools for GDPR / AVG. Soon after, the assignment was expanded to include information security: writing security policies and guidelines, setting up an Information Security Management System, running at least one PDCA-cycle and helping them getting NEN 7510 (ISO 27001 Ducth Healthcare) certified. At the end, all 4 subsidiaries (De Rooyse Wissel, Bijzonder Jeugdwerk, Pactum and OG Heldringstichting) were NEN 7510 certified in 2018 and 2019. The following years were used to hone the management system, improve security controls and resolve points of improvements from previous audits.
