During my Arvato career I took the opportunity to lead a project at our facility in Los Angeles. Responsible for the strategy and development of a new IT platform to centralize the solution portfolio along the customer journey. It required strong stakeholder management of the vice president, IT director and business team to achieve the wished results.Besides strategic topics, I analyzed the multiple core processes within operations, IT and marketing department to come up with improvement plans based on a data driven analysis. After approval of the VP I was also responsible for the implementation of the improvement and financial impact on the P&L.

In the final months of my master’s degree program in Marketing Management, I was an intern at RTL in The Netherlands. During this internship, I was responsible for marketing and sales activities and researched viral marketing for Valda, a startup company.

Goedkoopgeplaatst is a start-up which is specialized in automatic B2C advertising on the Dutch, Belgian, and German websites of Ebay. For only a few cents per ad, Goedkoopgeplaatst promotes your portfolio of ads and creates more visibility for your company. I was the founder and owner of the company and was responsible for all daily activities like innovation, acquisition, and management of the IT guys.

In 2010, I started my first company named Get-Them, which specialized in vintage motorbike equipment. With the website www.pothelm.nl, the company was one of the biggest webshops in the Dutch market in this particular area. Until I sold the company, I was responsible for the daily activities like procurement of materials in Asia, sales, and e-commerce.

Als laatste fase van mijn HBO-opleidingen studeerde ik af bij Electrabel / GDF SUEZ. Hier paste ik mijn expertise toe in de online marketing door het schrijven van een strategisch communicatieplan ten behoeve van de inzet van social media voor de B2C markt.
