I am an Architect but more than this I'm a problem solver. Yes that’s it! I used to write that I act as an engineer, but the fact is that I face more fields, including financial and marketing matters, and I deal in traditional and online commerce.I have skills and passions in many areas of computing, online sales, internet, programming, design, engineering, manufacturing and trading. Due to the great results I decided to introduce a brand to give to our products a family feeling. According to that need I started the new brand "Uthesign" in which I collected all the items already developed. In this project I had to show creativity for the developing of new products, technical knowledge to match manufacturing needs, packaging and shipping requirements.As well a lot of work was oriented to build up the technical sheets, manuals and assembling instructions.The catalogue at the end was completed and the items have been sold in whole Europe. The best selling item is still the bookcase Guidus that has my name, it has been sold so much everywhere that definitely anyone has seen it somewhere.

    This is a project in the project but it's interesting because it shows how I always try to solve problems autonomously.during the development of my sport floor i was in the need of build and test a lot of custom made components mainly done in ABS or PVC material.I started to ask to a parts manufacturer to produce my custom made parts but this process was slow and really expensive.In order to solve the issue I decided to build a 3D printer in order to print parts on my own. I purchased on the web all the components and I built a Rep Rap based 3D printer. Believe me, it was 2007 and I had to make on my own every single components like resistor and temperature sensor. Also the post processing of my Autodesk Inventor CAD file was not easy at that time.When ended the machine was perfectly running,I was able to produce all the parts on my own, the average cost of a part like the side locking hook was dramaticaly reduced from 300 Euro to 0,20 Euro!That is problem solving!And in the end?Once the project was complete I sold the machine on Ebay for 500 Euro more than it was costed to me.
