Guido holds a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands). He has gained scientific experience across a spectrum of CNS therapeutic areas including pain, neuro -trauma and -degeneration, dementia and depression. He has extensive preclinical and clinical experience on the development of therapeutic drugs for neuropathic pain and spinal cord injury. His research is documented in over 30 published full-length manuscripts and patents. Guido is co-founder of Algiax Pharmaceuticals GmbH and since May 2019 appionted as CSO and managing director within the Company.
