CurrentProvide legal guidance to all business units in Argentina in all areas of law focusing on compliancewith local regulations and E&C’s policies, formalizing and managing contracts and handling local litigation and corporate matters. Key Responsibilities• Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to various business units within the company.• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for all areas of local business, including affiliates sales, adsales, facilities, talent, production and other service agreements. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.• Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.• Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsels.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including affiliate sales, distribution, finance and tax.
