Frosinone Mobilità e Servizi (FMS) is a private Company that offer a part of the whole parking service (blu strips) within Frosinone city limits (aprox. 50,000 inhabitants Italian province capital).The city parking service management was offered to FMS as a payment for a 3.5 Million € Project Financing promoted to restore some areas/buildings within Frosinone town.Project Financing restoration activities were delivered, but through the times the FMS income capacity was spoiled by City Town decision to reduce parking slots and by making in facts closed off to a convenient use one slot out of 4 because City Town keeps out of service the lift, that is the only parking access/exit, for the potentially higher revenues parking area within the town.I became Board of Directors Member after 2014 capitalization due to losses recovery by law in the minor shareholders interest and as damages evaluation and negotiation expert..
