As an investment analyst at CDP Equity, I work with a team of professionals to source, evaluate, and execute direct investments in Italian companies across the industrial and healthcare sectors. I contribute to the financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring of potential transactions, as well as the monitoring and reporting of the existing portfolio.I hold an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University, where I developed strong analytical, accounting, and financial skills. During my studies, I also participated in an exchange program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I enhanced my intercultural and communication skills. Prior to joining CDP Equity, I gained valuable experience in M&A advisory and FIG coverage as an intern at HSBC and Intesa Sanpaolo, respectively.
