About Guido Possehl

I am a pro-active and communicative person, driving with a "Can-Do” attitude. I appreciate to take challenges and drive them to a successful solution. My readiness of mind combined with my strong ability to reason help me to accomplish successfully complex assignments. In doing so, I quite often break new ground based on my distinctive “out-of-the-box” thinking. Since 1998, I have successfully acted as a general IT manager in line organizations as well as in consulting. Because of several career changes between line organizations and consulting, I know very well the pros and cons of both worlds. I effectively apply “the-best-of-both-worlds” to achieve my targets.My broad experience in IT management comprises from sales to the delivery of highly complex IT projects. One of my focus areas is up to cost optimized sourcing of application management. This includes a varied experience in international cooperation with different cultures, especially with Eastern European countries and Asia, but also UK and USA.
