Resilience.TV is a dedicated, empirically supported resource centre to answer questions about resilience for individuals and teams.

Working With Resilience is a consortium of practitioners and researchers with a professional interest in workplace resilience. Together we are committed to advancing research into measuring and building resilience in organisations and to developing workplace programs and interventions that have a strong evidence base.

In partnership with the Institute of Workplace Dynamics (IWD) I am training leaders, teams and coaches to achieve better performance in conflict resolution and to cultivate resilience and entrepreneurship. I have been certified as CDP (Conflict Dynamics Profile) Master Coach and BCC (Becoming Conflict Competent Leader) Master Trainer.
