As Head of the Design and Applied Arts Department, I supervise all academic activities of the Design, Fashion Design , Graphic Design, Media Design and Theatre Design areas. I am responsible ofthe quality of the activities and of the adherence to the national quality assurance agency standards (ANVUR) and of those of European Higher Education Area (EHEA). As a professor, I teach sound design and sound for media.

In 2016 I was selected to be one of the 24 experts in Italy who can evaluate academic standards for the Arts Higher Education accreditation system (AFAM). The national agency for evaluation of university and research institutes (ANVUR), asks experts from the official list to participate in committee works when it periodically evaluates universities and academies, or when it has to approve or deny new accreditation requests.
