Translating the vision of Oneteam into the product that we are building. While coding is still a small part of my week, I make sure we are creating the best product in every aspect. This includes:- Setting the long-term (technical) vision and strategy for Oneteam- Managing the process from the design to production- Leading our Product Team- Creating our Product Roadmap- Scaling the Software

I was 19 years old and still studying Computer Science when I met my co-founder. We didn't really know what the term 'startup' even meant. I was always building something in my spare time and during my classes (sorry, teachers). But had to learn a lot of new things. Managing a huge codebase, hiring fellow developers to help build our initial product, doing finance, and setting up our product development processes. It took us quite some time to build out the product with 3 developers because of our all-in-one vision. We started with a simple news feed at first, but after adding more capabilities we managed to sign more and more customers.In 2019 we really started getting traction and felt we were nearing product-market fit. From then, we moved into a more severe stage, got funding, and hired more people to join the Oneteam journey.Some achievements that I'm proud of during this time:- Migrated our PHP codebase to NodeJS.- Created and designed our NodeJS API- Implemented a solid Continuous Integration workflow using Jenkins and CircleCI- Created a solid and scalable infrastructure- Built a solid product team of developers and designers- Started implementing SCRUM in our product team

My work mostly consisted of:- Working with Joomla CMS to build custom plugins and components.- Writing web components in AngularJS

Working as an Application Developer building web applications using a custom made CMS in PHP.
