Postdoctoral researcher (FAPESP: proc. #2013:20627-8) in Neurobiophysics at the University of São Paulo (IFSC-USP), from 2014-2017, Ph.D. (2012 CAPES - project area: Physiology/Entomology - energy metabolism, thermoregulation, neuroscience, and forensic sciences), Master's (2006 FAPESP - project area: Physiology, zoology, simulations, and forensic sciences), and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences - Teaching and Research from UNESP (2003). With over 15 years of experience in thermal imaging (since 2003), I have worked in various areas of comparative physiology and published in journals such as Nature, PlosOne, Temperature, among others. I taught, as a professor, the subjects of Human, Animal, and Comparative Physiology at UNESP for 4 years (2009-2012). I have experience in the following areas: comparative physiology, entomology, neurophysiology, energy metabolism, thermoregulation, molecular biology, biochemistry, mathematical modeling, forensic science, neuroscience, programming languages, data analysis, and the study of complex processes, with publications, lectures, courses, and panel discussions. Recently, I have been developing various collaborations with different institutions and research groups, addressing physiological processes (neurophysiology, thermoregulation, and energy metabolism) and bioinspiration (biomimetics) with vertebrates and invertebrates of medical, agricultural, ecological, and behavioral importance.
