Shopping ETC is a Brazilian shopping mall that has been around for more than 20 years. The mall offers more than 30 stores, kiosks, a cinema, and a food court. As well as 13 floors of commercial spaces, it houses medical clinics, dental offices, legal professionals, among others.As a Coordinator, my responsibility was to manage the marketing and social media activities of the company, ensuring alignment with the organization's creative strategy and meeting stakeholder needs. My focus was on attracting customers to the mall and boosting its visibility.To optimize costs without compromising quality, I personally designed a few advertising campaigns across diverse digital and offline channels. As part of a strategic partnership with a press agency, we executed monthly initiatives that consistently achieved exceptional press coverage.
