The completed M&As include deals closed with major national groups (such as Raia Drogasil, Sankhya, Unimed Nacional, Algar, and Cyrela), as well as with large international publicly listed groups (such as Grupo Bupa, Sumitomo, Caldic, among others). In total, he has conducted over 50 transactions, amounting to more than BRL 3 billion in market value.Currently, he strategically leads the M&A processes at Naia Capital and actively coordinates negotiations and market relationships.Before founding Naia Capital, he was a private equity fund manager at Invest Tech, responsible for leading and adding value to various investments, including America Net (sold to Warburg Pincus), Acesso Card (sold to Meliuz), Ahgora (sold to Totvs), among others.Previously, Guilherme worked at Banco Itaú in risk management, corporate credit, and project finance. He also had a tenure at Swicorp in Dubai, where he was involved in the execution of various M&A projects and corporate capitalizations.He holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper, specializing in company valuation and venture capital. He also has a postgraduate degree in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance from FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração).He has been a CVM-registered investment manager since 2012.
