16 years of experience in different segments, my focus has been on managing commercial and trade marketing areas, generating significant results in executing business expansion strategies.RETAIL: Managed the Compactor Store project, planning and executing its expansion, from selecting points of operation, corporate negotiations, feasibility study, construction, team selection, and operational management.SHOPPING CENTERS: My career experience spans more than 8 years in leadership roles at shopping centers, including serving as Commercial Director at ARGO - the 5th largest mall operator in Brazil. During my tenure, I led the restructuring of the commercial team to achieve high performance, qualified mall's tenant mix, and expanded the portfolio from 6 to 21 shopping centers, totaling 560,000 m² of managed area, 4.5 thousand stores in 8 Brazilian states (argoadm.com.br). I have also facilitated numerous national negotiations, served as a Shopping Superintendent, and managed the financial, operational, commercial, and marketing areas. CONSUMER GOODS INDUSTRY: Implemented and structured the Trade-Marketing area at Compactor, with teams in several states, focusing on portfolio visibility and sell-out growth. At Merck, I participated in introducing innovative medications (Onco) and trained/divulged/KPIs for propagandist teams.Attended international fairs/events (3x Paperworld Frankfurt and 1x NRF New York) and traveled domestically and internationally to visit supplier and partner factories (including a business English certificate from a New Zealand exchange program).
