First time in the company's history that the target of customers waiting for spare parts has been reached. Lowest number ever reported - 2 digits in a 10+ million installed base of appliances;Supply Chain PMO - Dotted reports from the Logistics, Planning and Procurement teams, with focus on cost reduction, service level e inventory control; Reduction on warehouse costs as the main driver for delivering the business results in 2015;Commercial / Sales Administration - demand planning, pricing and commercial policy, allowances management. Sales incentive program management; Product Strategy for new Spare Parts - redesign of the area and delivery of a 5 year product plan

B2C Order fulfillment / Last Mile management - responsible for the delivery of all Whirlpool's direct sales products (Sales from Brastemp, Consul and Compra Certa websites), with the implementation of the online delivery schedule with no added cost to the company and service level increase to 95%, driving great customer satisfaction, cost reduction and sales increase;Logistics and IT projects interface management - initiative to increase productivity of both logistics and IT teams with the delivery of projects such as CTe 2.0 and Direct / Home Delivery.Development of new logistics processes to support new businesses - Spare parts, accessories, water business, Bblend

This was a transition time between positions, when I participated in the CT-e project, with the responsibility of reviewing the company's freight revenue policy and leading the freight revenue increase to the retailers.Also worked together with a corporate trainee in the Direct / Home Delivery project.

Price and Margin Realization and Transformation cell Manager.- Daily follow up of pricing and gross margin results, management of the pricing forecast process for the medium and long terms; - Management and development of range of projects involving the commercial area, such as a new price and margin simulator, review of the demand planning process, dashboards and KPIs development. Exchange program with Europe and Middle East and Africa office, to adapt Brazil's daily pricing routines to their needs;- Planning and execution of Whirlpool's annual rewards and recognition program for the commercial teams, named TOP CLUB. The program had ~200 participants and the grand prize was a personalized trip to unusual places of the world. Planned and executed 3 trips, for ~150 people each: Dubai, Panama and Sweden;- Planning and execution of the annual National Commercial Convention, event for ~350 people;- Led a 5 people team.

Marketplace and Consumer Investments (MPI/CI):- Responsible for the budget planning and management for the marketing and sales teams;- Led the project for reviewing the process and implementation of the SAP/R3 PS Module;- Led a 4 people team.

- Latin America participant in a global project for the development and implementation of a Key Account Management tool. Led and held the training of all sales team;- Development and implementation of a Gross Margin simulator for the sales and marketing teams;- Development and implementation of a pricing simulator for new products.
