As a Flutter developer, I am responsible for developing Android and iOS apps for multiple clients. Preliminary studies were based on data mining and analysis implemented in Python and later applied to internal commercial software products, and aimed to minimise the bank’s risk of not recuperating loaned funds in case of a default. The feasibility study included information such as the costs associated with the acquisition of the land or property, building costs (if any), photos of the proposed location, market appraisal of the area using comparable real estate/linear regression analysis and a final recommendation.- Construction Auditing: Once the loans for residential developments were approved, Gil visited the building sites and reported on the construction progress to either provide Caixa Economica assurance that the development projects were tracking according to plan or highlight any risks regarding the project completion date.- Continuous Improvement: Gill delivered continuous improvement initiatives that minimised the time spent on non-value added activities. As an example, he automated and standardised some key processes, enabling him to keep working on the company remotely.
