Process Engineer @GreenAqua Póvoa, partners of the ALGATEC Eco Business Park.Tasks:• Responsible for the operation of industrial-scale biomass cultivation and processing equipmentsand instruments, as well as auxiliary systems.• Assessor in the training and monitoring of operators.• Technical report of site activities: production data and operating records, operational protocols,equipment user manuals.• Commissioning of new processes, monitoring of different KPIs, implementation of correctiveand preventive actions and validation of equipments and procedures.• Helper in process optimisation: suggestion of improvements and changes in adoptedprocedures; active participation in optimisation tests and report of the results.

Tasks:• Responsible for the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015 standard.• Quality Assurance: Chemical analyst using ISO standards. Laboratory responsible.• Coordination of R&D Projects with corporative partners, investigation groups and supervision ofa Bachelor Student.• Management of customer purchase orders, complaints, nonconformities and corrective actions.• Production supervisor and scheduler. Control and optimisation assessor.• Administrative assistant and inventory management.
