In the Zetaflex group, I worked at Zveibil Industrial, which manufactures Zetaflex products, and at Vemax Comercial, which sells them and manages the relationship with customers and representatives. Vemax Comercial: Commercial Technical Manager - Initially, I led the corporate sales and larger projects, from the initial relationship with the client, the elaboration of the project and commercial proposal, closing of contract and follow the production of the material in Zveibil Industrial. Later, I managed the internal sales team. Our largest customers in this period include Bayer, RFM Construtora, The Garden Open Mall, among others I was also the final responsible for examining each project to certify that all technical and administrative criteria were met before being sent from Vemax Comercial to production at Zveibil Industrial.Zveibil Industrial: Operations Manager - Due to my experience at Vemax Comercial, I was the contact point for it within Zveibil Industrial. Therefore, I led the technical innovations requested by the commercial area, inside the factory. When necessary for important projects, I carried out production planning with the Industrial Manager. I was responsible for Logistics and Warehousing. It was also responsible for leading suitability of most commonly used equipment to current standards.Vemax Comercial: Operations Manager - I continued to be responsible for Logistics and Warehousing, but also became responsible for the team that performed after-sales service. The after sales team was responsible for responding to customer inquiries, responding to complaints, monitoring the site “Reclame Aqui”, and having visits to verify problems and possible solutions.Both at Zveibil Industrial and Vemax Comercial I was responsible for process and system improvements aimed at facilitating control and communication between the different areas of the company. Improvements made directly with the support of the IT department.
