As an Asset Valuation Lead, I am accountable for the valuation of key assets including Atapu, Berbigão & Sururu and Mero but also supporting corporate discussions. - Support Sr. Advisors responsible for Mero and Iara valuation;- NBD projects as required;- Part of the key team that delivered Country Strategy Refresh in 2022;- Modeller and Project Manager from ideation to implementation of NECOM (New Economic Model) and spearheaded Valuation Digital Transformation, integrating various software and creating a data lake for better visualization through Power BI dashboards.- Support valuation of other Lines of Business such as NBS (Nature-Based Solutions) and Renewable Generation.- Support to Gas business through assurance of Integrated Gas Model for Brazil and participation in its PIR (Post Investment Review).

Commercial Operations (ComOps) is responsible for the sale and offloading of the oil & gas produced from all Shell FPSOs in Brazil. It ensures that all contractual obligations are met, and the additional value embedded in the agreements are captured. An important accountability is to ensure zero risk to production, optimization of the Dynamic Position Shuttle Tanker logistics and maximization of trading opportunities. ComOps is also involved in supporting the negotiation of new agreements and development of projects. The area is accountable for oil and gas sales process and to ensure an effective management of the value chain and look for gaps and opportunities for value maximization for the group. This role is to manage the day-to-day crude oil lifting operations ensuring an effective management of the oil commercial agreements, protecting value of Shell equity oil and look for opportunities to maximize value. With strong interaction with JV partners, Trading and Shipping the operations coordinator will manage the team to effectively plan and optimize the supply chain in a safe way aligned with the declared Goal Zero future.

I currently support Lula & Iracema assets (BMS-11) from finance perspective. Lula is one of the largest assets not only in Brazil but also within Shell portfolio, with several producing FPSOs as well as development activity. Therefore, it's needed resilience and ability to work in a very challenging, demanding and changing environment. Main deliverables are: Business Plan, MI (Management Information) pack helping the Business to proper monitor its results and performance, giving transparency on issues and supporting to address those. In addition to that, it's also important to contribute with financial insights in relevant discussions such as Unitization, Equalization and Repetro-Sped implementation since they are multi-billion projects that involve partners and government.

- Support Brazil Exploration teams in all related financial matters;- Support the Business to ensure correct setup, costs allocation and control in SAP Blueprint;- Produce Management information for Exploration;- Guarantee accurate information and a correct decision making environment to allow an effective asset management process;- Support Exploration Finance Manager on GIP (Group Investment Proposals) and understand economics of projects;- Manage Joint Interest Billings, JV Work Plan and Budget, monthly forecasts and accruals;- Provide input to monthly and quarterly latest estimate reporting to the Region and the Group;- Maintain close linkage with Legal, Tax, Planning and C&P to ensure proper feedback for business decisions taking into account insights from relevant functions.- Support on Effective Risk Management and assurance on Brazil Exploration processes.Portfolio:Growth opportunities in Brazil (Bid rounds);Barreirinhas (10 operated blocks), Sagitário (non-operated venture in the pre-salt area which has Petrobras as the operator) and a close interface with Libra in order to consolidate the exploration portion of the project.

Manage a team of 4 professionals to successfully deliver: - Treasury operations throughout the day for Brazil, Argentina, Canada and US;- Ensure the banks' operational performances are in compliance with Shell standards and requirements;- Optimization of cash management services and solutions for the businesses covered by Rio Treasury Center;- Ensure Business Continuity Plan and Interoperability with London and Singapore Centers are properly documented, trained and tested;- Ensure operational excellence in Rio Treasury Center including SOX compliance, operational KPIs - Manage Brazil Bank Guarantees issuance and payment processes;- Manage Canada Letters of Credit process, including accounting activities;- Actively promote Eliminate/Simplify activities, minimizing workarounds and mitigating the risk of errors;

- Bank relationship- Ensure that all treasury operations in local or non-functional currency are being dealt/confirmed/paid/receipt in accordance with MoA - Manual of Authority, PoA - Power of Attorney, Treasury policy and requirements;- Ensure that treasury bank accounts under Rio Treasury Center management are reconciled and investigate discrepancies;
