Head of PeopleMain responsibilities:- Complete cycle of recruitment and selection: opening and alignment the profile with the requesting area, disclosure, pipeline of candidates, screening, individual interviews, application of tests and process innovation. - Relationship with recruiting platforms;- Onboarding of new employees; Main projects and achievements:- Creation of the Exchange Student Program through AIESEC;- Structuring of the recruitment and selection process for talents;- Career plan and performance assessment process.

- Realization of the budget planning of the group;- Elaboration of analytical reports and monitoring of the financial indicators of the holding company and its subsidiaries;- Elaboration and analysis of financial statements (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet);- Monitoring cost collectors of the holding company; - Financial management of internal projects;- Support for the Treasury, Controllership and New Business areas.
