I’ve been doing a very diversified job since I started in this position. I’ve supported the sales team in negotiations many times, especially by providing customer services to leads that were doing Proofs of Concept (PoC). The onboarding of new customers or business representatives also is part of my responsibilities, so is the process of conceiving new ideas from product features based on customer feedbacks. That requires a strong relationship with the developers team. Since then I’ve been one of the responsibles for the product roadmap prioritization. Lately I’ve been spending most of my time representing the company in events, like doing pitches and participating in demodays organized by corporations that are looking for startups to solve their business problems.

As our customer's portfolio was significantly rising, the need for a dedicated team to guide the onboarding process became urgent. So I’ve participated in the creation of the Customer Success Team. At first was only me doing the job, but today the team is made of 10 customer success analysts. With help from the team I’ve established processes that made possible for then to collaborate with each other and do their job better. The solid work done by this team has been contributing for a high customer satisfaction rate and a churn rate below average compared to the SaaS market.

When the company developed our main product (Checklist Fácil is the product and the current company’s name) the workload from the Design Team decreased significantly. So I was asked to move to another position. Since then my responsibilities were to create strategies and execute marketing actions for lead generation. Also, I was responsible for doing the first approach to the leads generated, scheduling and attending meetings to introduce then to the concept of our product. The main goal was to create opportunities for our Sales Director. I had the opportunity to work in many negotiations, both with small companies and big corporations.

I was responsible for the design of user friendly interfaces for many projects - websites, ecommerces and custom softwares. Also, I’ve created graphic design materials, like business cards, flyers etc.
