As a supplier quality intern, my work is focused on guaranteeing the quality of purchased items and improving the standards of excellence in the organization's processes and products. My routine is dynamic and involves a variety of responsibilities, such as carrying out component inspections, data analysis, problem solving, as well as validating the application of quality control techniques, ensuring compliance with functional and component-specific requirements, directly contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.The activities performed during the internship allowed me to evolve both technically and managerially, by learning about different manufacturing processes, reporting incidents and analyzing different occurrences to find the root cause of quality problems, also having to manage complaints, recover non-quality costs and participate in discussions with the engineering and development teams.My quality experience in the automotive industry has made me familiar with the quality tools (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.) and also teaches me daily how to apply them properly in order to achieve my goals, as well as developing a mindset that seeks to understand the urgency and complexity of the most diverse problems, and to identify solutions and possible improvements for each challenge faced.

As a certification intern, my job was to ensure that the organization strictly complied with the requirements and standards established by specific norms and regulations, guaranteeing that products and processes comply with national and international standards.During my internship in certification and regulation, I was responsible for analyzing certification requests for various new items and products that would be marketed in the future, and so I was able to take an active part in requesting new certificates from national and international certifying bodies, as well as analyzing any corrections and deletions of incorrect or unusable items.Working together with multiple departments of the organization, I was able to develop my interpersonal communication, partnership and cooperation with different areas such as Product Engineering, Logistics and Sales, providing support by sharing information pertinent to product certification, as well as contributing insights and doubts about the regulations governing tire production both in Brazil and abroad.

As a Junior Site Operator, my job was to manage the client's printing fleet, ensuring that all printers were working properly, providing technical support to users and working with the IT department to find the best solutions and optimize the use of equipment.The routine was based on managing supplies, such as toners and inks, spare parts and transformers, as well as monitoring the useful life and performance of the printers, and also configuring and mapping the printers for users. Another regular activity was preventive and corrective maintenance, such as cleaning the equipment internally and externally to prevent failures, and also replacing parts to ensure that the printers worked properly.This experience allowed me to develop empathy and good communication skills, seeking to understand users' needs and the problems they faced in their routine, as well as developing autonomy and problem solving skills by analyzing the failure modes of each defect.
