General coordinator for SIGMA-2, an international R&D program about seismic hazard and ground motion. This program aims at i) improving the knowledge of seismological phenomena and, ii) at proposing innovative methods for the characterization of seismic hazard levels with realistic and reduced uncertainties. It also promotes the development of methods for making seismic hazard assessment well adapted to local site conditions.The program is organized as a collection of 50+ R&D actions distributed into 6 work packages (WP) covering the following topics: Faults and tectonics, Earthquake parameters & catalogues, Ground-motion models, Site response, PSHA, and Groudn-motion for engineers.Check our website for the latest news!

Within EDF Geoscience department (TEGG), I am involved in Seismic Hazard Assessment studies for industrial and strategical facilities. I am also involved in large international R&D program in seismic hazard assessment.
