Maintenance / Facilities manager for the production plant:- Equipment maintenance management (Preventive maintenance, GMAO, spare parts)- Facilities for semiconductor plant overview (DI water, CTA, gaz facilities, vacuum)- Team manager of 3 to 4 maintenance technicians

Development of test benches according to customer's requirements.The different steps managed are:- Commercial offer building/support (from a technical point of view) in cooperation with comercial dept.- Design of bench architectures (hardware) including mechanical, electronics, electrotechnics and low level softwares- Cooperation with partners and subcontractors for the different parts- Work in cooperation with software developers (Labview / Teststand and/or C)- Setup at customer's side and customers direct exchangesHead of technical teams for customer's application development in cooperation with development teams

My job at ALSTOM Grid is directly linked to R&D dept. I have to coordinate the design of new kind of sensors for 220, 550 and 800KV substations. Labview developments, FPGA deisgns validation and C/C++ programming is also part of the activity. I also used some CAD software (eg SolidWorks) to integrate electronics sensors inside GIS (Gas Insulated Substations) enclosures. I worked on several IEC61850 applications and I had the opportunity to make some conference during CIGRE or sepcifi events (GIS User Group).I had also the possibility to perform some maintenance and improvements on dedicated production machines installed on the site.

During that job, I had the opportunity to :- Developp an Electronic Control Unit (Gateway ECU) for the automotive industry- Designed the whole hardware board- Developp low level drivers and applicative embedded software (in C langage)- I designed the low-level drivers able to make the ECU communicate, get inputs and activate outputs.- This computer is based on the use of 2 microcontrollers from Freescale (one of those is a multi-core). That allows to setup 6 CAN communication channels, an Ethernet, a GSM and a WIFI capability. 12 outputs controlled by smart MOSFETs, a H-Bridge output for fan and 25 fully diagnosticable inputs.

During this job/engineer training period I had to :- Setup Semiconductor complex machines such as VEECO RF250/350 and APPLIED MATERIAL Endura, Centura, P2000. I was part of a team whose role was to dimantle those devices and refurbish them with whole new parts. I had the opportunity to deal with vacuum environments (leak detection with nitrogen, use or roots and turbomolecular pumps)- Develop (fully: hardware & software) a ARM7 based interface to swap from old CRT with lightpens an P5000/Centura to modern LCD screen with touch layer.- Work on Altadrop project (ink/liquid deposition using microlab devices) setting up interface with Electroglas prober for wafer positionning and interface with sensors/actuators

I worked as maintenance technician in Darty (ex Group Digital ). I repaired electronic goods such as VHS units, computers, tv, Hi-Fi, home elctronics.I was also involved as technical experts and expert vendor fo electronic goods.
