In charge of the Global beverage portfolio for Nestle professional (over 3000 products), optimized based on financial data, trends and consumer needs in order to consolidate volumes and generate innovation platforms.o Developed, launched and executed the SKU rationalization project for Nestle to reduce number of products by 28% in 2 years while growing sales.o consolidation of market need aiming to simplify global portfolio and leverage innovation capabilities

Project based work in several factories, R&D centers and head offices of the Nestle group aiming to reduce cost, improve efficiency and Good Manufacturing Practices. Leading a team of 3 to 8 engineers supported by experts.- AThOS Project (Alignment of the Technical Overhead Structure), o Design and implement a global organization to support Nestle professional globally (CHF 8 Bio and 10’000 people) o Mapping, analysis and optimization of the Nestec HR organization aiming to bring back responsibilities of line management supported by strong shared services o Mapping and design of the Regulatory organization in Nestle worldwide in cooperation with AT Kearny- Target Setting & Good Manufacturing Practices (TS&GMP), Nestle Ice Cream France, Denmark, Italy, USA. o Set cost saving targets and support 5 factories in GMP improvement (food safety, legal compliance)- Nestle Productivity Team project (NPT), Nestle USA o In the Buitoni and Toll House factory, focused on capacity improvement (+37% with minor investment) and cost savings (10 Mio $ implemented)- Synchro project, Nestle USA o Analyzed and challenged the stock policy by improving change over time (SMED) and lines efficiencies- High Performing Logistic project (HPL), Nestle South Africa o Full analysis of the logistic set up and defined target for the operation of the 3 Distribution Centers - Radar project, Global Nestle R&D o Developed and rolled out R&D Performance measures in all 17 centers around the world
