Fascinated by automotive and transport since my childhood, I have chosen to put this passion in relation with my professional training by integrating the Higher Institute of Automotive and Transports (ISAT) in 2011.After initiating my school education in automotive technologies, I studied the Diesel injection process. Along the years my focus evolved from common rail system architecture to spray atomisation in combustion chamber. The recent news and technological innovations have gradually contributed to the abandonment of Diesel engines. Once I graduated from ISAT, I sought to acquire deep knowledge in mechanical technologies, without putting aside my passion for the automotive. At this time, I worked as a prototype engineer to technically support the implementation of new technologies on vehicles during assembly. As it matched my fields of interest, I decided to pursue a higher level becoming leader engineer characterized by more project management activities. The changes in the automotive sector have consequently led me to seek a professional activity more focused on industrial mechanics, without remaining confined within the automotive sector.By integrating SKF as Application Engineer I was able to deepen my mechanical knowledge in rotating equipment both with end users and manufacturers without industrial segment limits. Having a developed sens of curiosity and a technical background growing from day to day, I am currently receptive to new technical challenges !

Application EngineerSkf Group Sep 2019 - PresentMontigny-Le-Bretonneux, FranceSKF is one of the world’s leading suppliers of bearings, seals, mechatronic components, lubrication systems and services to improve the performances of rotating equipment. The swedish multinational group, which operates worldwide in all industrial sectors, is a major player in sustainable technological innovations aimed at optimizing the reliability of rotating machines for all applications.Working environment :SKF Application Engineering has always been the very cornerstone for bringing the SKF knowledge to our customers across all segments. My daily tasks consist of technical support to end users and manufacturers to review machines and equipment applications.Sometimes, these collaborations are part of retrofit activities or new products development. In this context, I’m often contacted to identify failure root cause analysis on rotating equipment and deliver reliability diagnostics. Thanks to internal engineering software, I’m also able to model customer specifications on new rotating machines which contribute to define the most suitable bearing and lubricant solutions.Industrial tendencies :Generally, customers are more willing to buy quality products with innovative features that will reduce or eliminate certain maintenance costs and improve uptime over the service life of their equipment. Nevertheless, the approach to making a bearing application reliable does not only involve looking at the bearing component. An outstanding solution must integrate the sealing and lubrication characteristics as well. -
Leader EngineerSegula Technologies Apr 2017 - Sep 2019Guyancourt, FranceWith this position, I led the various technical aspects related to the preparation of prototype vehicle batchs. As a privileged interlocutor of the different project entities, I was responsible for the convergence of customer needs on vehicles in assembly lines. In this perspective, I led and coordinated logistical resources while managing the resolution of anomalies and minimizing their impacts. Thanks to this position, I acquired communication and leading skills but also abilities to comprehensively understand customer requirements.Achievements :- Coordination of prototype vehicles assembly in factory.- Harmonisation of communication standards with mounting and logistical sites (3 external plants) -
Prototype Preparation EngineerSegula Technologies Jul 2016 - Mar 2017Guyancourt, FranceWithin the Prototype Vehicles Manufacturing Centre, I work as a Prototype Preparation Engineer. My core activity consists of implementing technical and functional definitions of prototype vehicles (trial support), as well as monitoring the project progress; from the guideline establishment till the final prototype design. Project monitoring also involves technical assistance on mounting lines and the management of issues related to the prototype vehicles assembly. Achievements :- Technical support to prototype vehicles mounting -
Research Engineer At Sir Harry Ricardo LaboratoriesUniversity Of Brighton (The Sir Harry Ricardo Laboratories) Jan 2016 - Jun 2016Brighton, United KingdomIn 2006, The University of Brighton and Ricardo UK have partnered to open the Sir Harry Ricardo Laboratories (SHRL).The site skills :The SHRL are one of the largest UK research teams dedicated to internal combustion engines. These are part of an international research group, the Engine Combustion Network. The laboratories are focused in the development of laser-based measurement techniques, fundamental modelling and computational simulation. It’s regarded as one of the foremost centres for automotive engine research in Europe. The SHRL work with over 40 academic institutions and industrial partners across the world.Learning environment :I firstly worked on the Ricardo Proteus Rapid Compression Machine (diesel mono-cylinder test bench). The principle role of the optical Proteus is to improve the fundamental understanding of the fuel spray formation, combustion and emissions by experimental measurements. The experimental investigations used to study the spray atomization include various optical diagnostics such as :- Shadowgraphy- Schlieren video- High speed videoSecondly, I worked on a rate of injection gauge to study the behaviour of the injected fuel close to the injection nozzle. The main goals of this study were to define a better understanding of the origins of phenomena occurring during the injection which impact the mass flow rate. Placement objectives : - Contribute to the ongoing optical measurements of Diesel injection spray in combustion chamber.- Develop a new test bench to study the impact of back pressure and close nozzle phenomena and on fuel spray occurring during injection process.Achievements :- Analysis and post-processing of experimental measurements on prototype injectors with the Proteus test bench.- Quantification of nozzle design impact on spray propagation.- Adaptation of optical measurement access on "injection tube rate" test bench to study the injection speed under different conditions of pressure and back pressure. -
R&D Engineer At The Common Rail System Department (Diesel Engines)Liebherr Group Jul 2014 - Dec 2014Bulle, SwitzerlandThe varied fields of expertise of Liebherr are important assets for the development and implementation of technical progress. In the building domain, Liebherr is one of the biggest manufacturer of construction equipments. The production site skills :- Diesel Common Rail System- Hydraulic components- Diesel enginesLearning environment :I evolved within the Common Rail System Research and Development team, more precisely in the Diesel injector subdivision. I worked on the small injector technology (dedicated to standard engines) but also on a new prototype of big injector for heavy duty engine (marine or mining applications). Thanks to hydraulic test benches, I was able to carry out various measurements on injectors to highlights their characteristics after lapping. With the homologuation prospect of a new injector type, I used the following protocol to perform the measurements :- Search of a critical functioning point for the injector- Selection of improvement parameters- Tries reproducing real operating conditions- Validation (repeatability of the tests)Instrumented hydraulic benches allowed me, to carry out tries on rail's outlet throttle restriction to analyze the consequences pressure waves on the common rail system.Placement objectives :- Take part to quantitative research and analysis on Liebherr Diesel injection system to shape the product roadmap and drive its development.Achievements :- Production and experimental characterisation of a range of 50 injectors for heavy duty engines - Experimental validation of common rail architecture for Kamaz customer- Optimization of diesel injection system for environmental standards validation (Euro VI, ...) -
