Working on the implementation of a Trade Promotion Management tool within Materne North America. My assignment on the project includes:- Performing initial financial data loads and validation, as well as working on the future process that will define data flow after go live (base forecast update, promotion validation, deduction reconciliation process, etc.)- Working closely with the Sales and Demand Planning departments to adapt the new system to their needs. Working with a variety of different departments is a truly rewarding position, that gives me the opportunity to learn and improve my skills in a broad number of subjects on a regular basis. I thus get a chance to seize the different challenges from a business stand point, before working on delivering technical solutions.- Designing and implementing solutions to adapt the existing infrastructure to the coming of the TPM tool. The goal is to bring consistency in the overhaul architecture, eventually allowing interfacing between the different solutions. Being part of the Business Controlling team, I also perform assignments in that perspective, especially during close periods.
