Fun fact, I did not speak a word of English on day one (but that was in the risk assessment ;-) 👨🎓★ 2013: joined Apple. Launched my first iphone 5 months later, piloting the whole supply chain from material sourcing to demand planning, customer allocation and resellers management. Over the next 3 years, I would become expert in supply and demand management, leading launches of several Apple products in Asia📱★ 2016: switched within Apple to Commercial Strategy in EMEA. Led Western Europe planning (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal), partnering with Sales to build commercial performance. Then I grew into the VP’s right hands on emerging markets, influenced and drove positions across IMMEA 💡★ 2018: onboarded hyper growth model, joining Farfetch and led commercial operations. Delivered weekly trade and IPO commercial readiness. We introduced at $6.2 billions. Set up along the way planning, data architecture, KPI management and turning fashion into a data insight area 📶★ 2019: Build PayFit Global Business Operations. Achieve 5x on annual revenue within 2.5years. Drove it through Covid crisis. Built a team of 45 key contributors (top guns only), established Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Operations, Geo Expansion, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering and Salesforce teams. 🚀What I’m looking for: building and learning.
