► Oversight of project delivery across departments (Collaborative Tools - Google Workspace, ERP - Odoo, Data Management/ICT4D - CommCare, DHIS2, PowerBI, web/mobile development - Django, Flutter)► Manage a team of 15 developers and application builders. Specific focus on the ICT4D team.► Accountable for profitability of projects and resourcing.► Develop and rollout of project management tools and methodologies (budget planning, budget tracking, PMO). Monitoring of KPIs.► Implementation of software development best practices (incl. SCRUM).► Support operational teams with software engineering, requirements gathering and business analysis and business development teams with proposal writing.► Member of the management team.

► Responsible for identifying and fulfilling the long-term strategic vision for the success and impact of Dimagi in Southern and Eastern Africa.► Autonomy to define/delegate country engagement strategy; business development and partnerships priorities; scope of services and products offered; and team structure/growth. Project funding was mostly from USAID, CDC and BMGF.►Lead the redesign of Dimagi's operating model of the Solutions Division (~50 people across 3 continents), with the goal of moving away from a functional to a divisional model in order to improve the autonomy of the different missions teams.

► Managed a team of 30 engineers, application builders, trainers and field support technicians for the development and national scale up of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for tuberculosis patients built with CommCare.

The Partnership on Research on Ebola Vaccination (PREVAC) is a project aiming at testing 3 candidate-vaccines against Ebola in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea on 5000 participants.Role and responsibilities:► Definition Standard Operating Procedures for the management of the clinical data generated in the vaccination sites.► Design and develop participant mobile tracking tools and associated data products for community mobilizers in order to maximize adherence to the study protocol (CommCare).► Design and development of a mobile vaccine tracking tool to record movement of vaccines vials between freezers and labs.► Management of the setup of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)► Support to all subject matter experts (lab, pharmacy, community mobilizers, patient circuit) in the setup of IT equipment and software.

The Integrated eDiagnosis Approach - IeDA - is an innovative strategy combining mHealth tools and data-driven quality improvement methodologies. It relies on a set of components that converge in a coherent package by relying on the information generated by one another, adding value to it and acting upon it. IeDA one of the largest mHealth deployments in West Africa covering 1400+ primary health care facilities in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.Role and responsibilities:► Product and rollout/scale management of the technology► Oversight of the transition from a custom web application to a mobile application built on the CommCare platform (needs assessment, UAT) and make sure that the technology and associated processes could scale.► Design of training materials and helpdesk tools and processes► Oversight of the integration of CommCare with the national DHIS2 instance.► Development of data products providing specific implementation indicators (R, Shiny)► Presentation of the project at several conferences (ICT4RBF 2014, getHealth 2015, ECTMIH 2015).

May 2011 – Dec 2013 (2 yrs 8 mos)After developing several ad hoc solutions, Terre des hommes decided to capitalize all the acquired technological and interventional knowledge into an organization wide product the would be made available to all country offices. The Pillango platform is a modular online software solution that enables the combination of ready made specialized modules (case management, stock management, GIS, etc) to create a unique tailored software for each country office.Role and responsibilities:► Build and manage the business relationship with our technological partner (contract negotiations, pricing models).► Write platform specifications and the application bundling processWith Terre des hommes subject matter experts to formalize workflows and write module specifications.► Lead of user testing activities and coordination of the feedback to developers.► Design of training materials and user manuals.► Support of country offices with proposal writing in order to find the necessary funds to rollout the software.

The ICT4D Advisor position was created following the promising experiences and results obtained in South Eastern Europe (previous position) in order to mainstream the use of ICT in the organization.Roles and responsibilities:► Promote and facilitate the integration of ICTs across the organization (100 project, 35 countries).► Participation in the revision of thematic guidelines in particular with the modeling of intervention models.► Lead and manage the design, development and implementation of software solutions for strategic business processes (juvenile justice, social case management, health).► Support of over 15 country offices with specific ICT solutions, project planning, fundraising and proposal writing.

The Regional Office in Budapest is in charge of providing technical support to project implementing countries (Albania, Kosovo, Moldova, Romania) in the core areas of intervention. My role was to support teams with information systems solutions in order to improve monitoring and evaluation practices.Role and responsibilities:► Lead of the design, development management, training and operation of online Case Management tools for social workers (online files, reporting, statistics).► Lead of design and programming of the regional communication and advocacy online platform targeting child protection professionals.► Support regional offices with the use of ICT for better M&E systems (coaching, training, data collection processes).
