• Set moderation standards for the Facebook health forum community group including making sure members are complying with community rules, screening those who have applied for membership by verifying that they are journalists or members of civil society supporting the media, or health experts, and making sure those standards are applied by other moderators and the community manager. • Assist with coordinating translations of digital content such as MEL surveys, and English-laranded graphics, language resources with IJNet translators • Work with the IJNet team to create language-specific resource packages and stories to launch the Forum and engage Forum members to pitch stories to IJNet • Help with outreach and promotion of the Forum and its content to grow the Forum community in French • Assist the community manager in the implementation of a community engagement plan to keep discussions going between ICFJ and reporters with calls-to-action, conversation prompts, and questions in the online discussion stream as well as responding to the needs of Forum members as the community grows • Assist the community manager with the planning and coordination of digital programming for the Forum including but not limited to one webinar or training session per week and one smaller group discussion around a specific issue every other week. • Help recruit experts and trainers for webinars, group chats, etc. • Help host webinars or arrange for a host and assist community manager with oversight of the content on the Forum • Assist with the creation and sharing of collaborative documents such as source lists, expert contacts, and other documents that can be shared with Forum members • Directly engage ICFJ influencers to promote the Forum within ICFJ-partner networks • Draft post-webinar survey and send to webinar attendees
