I was in charge of launching the corporation entity but also the administrative and financial development. When our activity started after the opening, I was in charge of the following:- Accountability month-end closing- Making and sending to France the monthly and annual financial reporting.- Compliance with federal and local taxes- Compliance with Social Security taxes (IMSS-INFONAVIT)- Making the project budget files - Financial follow-up of each project (Cost control, permits, hiring and financial reports)- Negotiating and following-up all the projects purchases- Processing all necessary permits Controlador Financiero de Boccard Meura Mexico SA de CV en Queretaro, Mexico.En 2018 hemos decidido abrir une nueva razon social en Mexico para poder expender nuestras actividades. En cuando empezaron las actividades luego de la apertura, estaba responsable de lo siguiente:- Proceder al cierre de mes con contabilidad- Realización de los informes financieros mensuales y anuales de la empresa- Cumplimiento con los impuestos federales y locales- Cumplimiento con los derechos de seguridad social (IMSS-INFONAVIT)- Realización y seguimiento de los archivos de presupuesto para cada proyecto.- Seguimiento financiero de cada proyecto (control de costos, permisos, contrataciones y informes financieros)- Negociaciones y seguimiento de las compras de proyectos- Tramitar los permisos necesarios
