I have 20 years of experience in Telecom and Networks industry with a strong experience of project management, both internally and customer oriented.My mixed experience helps me to achieve cross-functional improvements and bring changes in the way we deliver our customer's outcomes.With a Software Engineer Master degree, I’ve started as Technical Expert assisting customers on implementation of complex communication solutions around the world. It was a tremendous experience where I’ve adapted to several work cultures.After 2 years of business travels, I got promoted to take the lead of the Central&NE Professional Services Department in Germany and to recruit a team of experts and project managers bringing a yearly revenue of 1M euros and an average 10% annual growth.After 5 years in contact with customers, I expressed the need to take a more global role in a strategic function and I was appointed Services Product Manager where I have aligned the Maintenance Services offer with our customer’s expectations and our revenue’s growth objectives. Having successfully lead this mission, I was promoted to take a role within WW headquarter in the Quality and Change Management Department as a Project Manager.I was in charge of adapting or creating business processes to support the company's Digital Transformation and its start in the subscribing economy. Once the transformation was on good tracks, I've found new opportunities to work on transformation's programs. First for a short mission in the Energy business and now in one of the biggest Media & Entertainment company in Germany. I lead the IT and Telecommunications projects for both the Customer Service and the Telemarketing team. I contribute to build more efficient processes by ensuring the continual improvement of our Solutions. Data privacy and IT-Security are also in my scope for the tools I am in charge of.
