In 2023, I launched Immortal Spirits to sell Rompe Mar on the European market. This venture included the introduction of a newly designed bottle, with the inaugural batch successfully imported within the same year.

I launched Rompe Mar, a premium pisco brand produced in Peru and oversaw the brand's development on the Mexican market. I have now launched Rompe Mar in Europe to expand the business.

I provided technical and business expertise within the context of the EU-funded FORETS project, in collaboration with the Center for International Forestry Research. Tasks performed:- Submitting proposals for EU and other donor-supported development projects to secure contracts (e.g. EU Framework Contracts).- Carrying out a development plan for the region's main agricultural crops, focusing on value chains and key revenue-generating activities - Creating Business Plans evaluating the following opportunities: (1) Avocado oil; (2) Eco-housing development and (3) Sustainable wood exploitation.- Structuring a rural incubator to support entrepreneurship & SMEs in the region

As an independent consultant, I carried out the following: - I led a project aimed at improving revenue growth management for a global FMCG player.- I helped one of Mexico's leading banks handle transformation in the commercial banking sector- I delivered a training program for the downstream unit of an Oil & Gas client in Southern Europe.- I developped a capacity-building program for an Oil & Gas upstream client in Latam.

As an independent consultant, I assisted R&SD Experiences sia (a subsidiary of the R&SD group focused exclusively on Tourism & Events) in identifying and developing new venture opportunities in the Tourism & Outdoor sectors in Latvia. Specifically, I undertook the following activities:- Creation of a feasibility study and pricing strategy for the largest outdoor climbing structure in the Baltics- Creation of a business plan for the development of ecotourism activities in Latvia.

During my traineeship, I completed the following tasks: - I assessed the ease of doing business policies and frameworks adopted by ECLAC member states.- I prepared a paper on ECLAC-Arab trade relations ahead of a Santiago summit involving both regions.- I authored a paper examining the expansion potential of the wind energy industry in Brazil.- I actively participated in forums, discussions & trade summits.
