Key focus : Right product / Right store / Right quantity / Right timeSince 2013, I am responsible for managing the forecast and correct inventory of our entire assortment (Leather goods, Ready to Wear, Shoes and Accessories) to support the sales in the network of 300+ stores.Context : Hired at the creation of the Supply Chain/Operations department. The goal was to put in place distribution and replenishment processes and tools to serve all our stores worldwide, which was part of an important reorganization of the company.Managing now a team of 10 people.Main responsabilities/achievements :• putting in place a distribution and replenishment processes and tools for the entire network• expandind and optimizing this tool for post distribution in regions (mainly European, Asian and American markets)• providing the best and quickest allocation possible capitalizing on the distributions system functionalities and tools.• monitoring and following up the shops replenishment process, by fine-tuning on business & network needs.• implementing initiatives based on analyses for target stock adjustments and stock re-balance to maximize sell through.• optimizing distribution/logistics flows in order to reduce time to market• following up logistics KPI and putting in place actionnable reports to improve service level

• Monitoring the daily distribution of permanent products (Leather goods and Accessories).• Weekly/monthly reports : KPI's products and stores tracking (availability, over/under stock, lead time, coverage, security stock, maxs). Availability analyze: investigate and correct products stock out.• Working with Sales Planning to deliver and maintain targeted inventory levels for our 10 regional warehouses (US, Europe, Middle East, China, Japan, Asia) that deliver 480 stores in total.• Collaboration with local supply chain teams for improvements: lead time optimization, max levels in stores.• Managing manual distribution of New Products (launching requirement, pre launch) and end of life products.• Ensuring sufficient inventory for new stores opening, and promotion campaigns.

80 brands & 30 stores in duty free area.Fashion & Luxury brands : Hermès, Longchamp, Armani, Hugo Boss, Faconnable, Lacoste, Repetto, Lancel, Zadig & Voltaire, Marc Jacobs, ...• Ensure adequate replenishment to maximize sell-thru while minimizing end of season inventory balances and out of stocks.• Plan Sales Forecast out and manage flow of merchandise.• Utilize market feedback into replenishment process & strategy.• Assist promotions through identifying sales opportunities to clear slow or discontinued stock• Manage deliveries from suppliers to warehouse and from warehouse to stores. • Suggest markdowns and transfers as necessary.• Work with marketing & store operation teams to implement In-store marketing campaigns.

• Responsible for quarterly and yearly reports of Orange applications performance.• Perform in-depth analysis of products performance (KPIs, statistics…) and transform them into product marketing strategies.• Creation of specific reports: devices sales, enable base analysis and usage/reach/sales forecasts.

Own Retail - 70 stores in Europe (200 - 500 sqm)(Headquarters - Herzogenaurach, Germany)MERCHANDISE SALES ANALYST• Creation and administration of merchandise business analysis: monthly and yearly reports (revenues, margin, sell-thru by store and product level) in order to increase sales and to improve allocation/distribution.PURCHASING• Operational support on Range and product selection : “Right Product – Right Place – Right Time”• Selection of products for the range of Men’s Accessories SS10 Essentials Adidas (choice of products and stores in Europe)PRICING PROJECT• Pre and in season pricing management: Fall Winter 2009 prices settings via SAP AFS/RTL.• Pricing coordination with all European stores and Wholesale on a daily base.

SALES ANALYST / MERCHANDISING• Business Performance reporting : weekly and monthly reports via Business Objects• Optimization of store floor layout for key events.LOGISTICS / REPLENISHMENT• Leading a logistic project on first allocations for the 5 biggest stores of the resort solving warehouse and stockroom issues.
