"Science without conscience is but the ruin of the soul", this thought by the writer F. Rabelais resonates with a deep meaning for me. Meaning has always been at the heart of my essentials, to (re)connect to meaning, to find meaning again, a vital dynamic that supported my desire to found @HAVASU in 2009, after a career as an engineer in the semiconductor industry in the United States, then in France. Born in Benin (expatriate parents), I lived in many countries during my childhood, which built my appetite for curiosity and discovery. I still have an attraction for novelty, and the idea that we learn from each new circumstance. Change is for me a source of learning and evolution. After graduating from Polytech'Nice, after a few years as an engineer, I went back to school in 2008 and obtained an MBA at EDHEC with a view to creating my own company.HAVASU was born from a desire and an intuition: to bring a new look and innovative solutions to the major societal problems of QWL and the prevention of absenteeism in particular. To contribute in this way to prevention with lasting effects.☝️ A line that supports the actions and innovations of the HAVASU team, with a methodology, tools and 2 offers that have been built and strengthened over the years.Pioneers of HR analytics in France, deployed during our interventions for the prevention of absenteeism (in particular), we have also created a collaborative QWL portal (objectifqvt.fr), with more than 600 resources and awarded 5 times.✍🏻 A pragmatic scientist, I am also a lover of words, which allow me to express my creativity in a different way. After the book "Le sens de la course" I signed a play. Then, with Jack Bernon, we co-wrote "Analytique RH" and "Le sens de l'absence" (available in bookshops in spring 2023). 🗣️ Passing on and sharing: I have been popularising these subjects with pleasure for several years in various HR and media courses. 🤩 Confidence, audacity, pugnacity, determination are values that are embodied in all areas of my professional and personal life.
