I am responsible for establishing long-term strategic alliances with institutional partners to facilitate the connection between high-profile candidates and recruiters. My main missions consist in:> identifying prospective partners according to the company's strategy> informing targeted clients about our added value services> representing the organization in national and international events> setting up and following up agreements and MoUs.> coordinating and liaising projects with the headquarter's departments and regional teams. I manage and coordinate projects with actors such as:- Commerce & Engineering Schools, Universities, CFA & Alumni Networks - Associations working towards facilitating young graduates employment (NQT, Walt…)- Career Fair Organizers- Sports clubs & federations as well as official bodies (Ministry of Sports, INSEP, CNOSF, Pacte de Performance...)- Institutional partners in charge of financing training and skill assessments for students and executives (OPCO) or representing companies interests (professional federations: Leem, Numeum, Syntec Ingénierie)

My job consisted in counseling business clients with HR communication needs, helping them reach and hire skilled workforce through different channels (a career-oriented magazine, a premium jobboard dedicated to executives & recruitment fairs).It involved analysing data, conducting on-sight statistical presentations, monitoring commercial campaigns efficiency and defining clear team strategies.

The position consisted in hiring, training, supervising and motivating a team in charge of promoting and selling multilingual audioguides for an exhibition held in a renowned Paris museum. It also required providing efficient customer service to visitors, while furnishing weekly reports to the client services manager of the company’s headquarters in the USA (San Francisco).

Within the "Information & Public Relations Head Office", my role consisted in conducting extensive research work aiming at:- realising daily press reviews for the attention of the French members of the European Parliament- writing memoranda and analytical reports on European policies and international political events- producing official presentations and brochures for the general public (eg: the Enlargment of the European Union, Women in Europe...)
