A complete technical overview with traffic and commercial projections was conceived to entice potential private operators. ▶ Technical due diligence of the sale of a stake in one of the major airports in Europe. In charge of aviation development in the country, the main achievements and responsibilities are:►Andorran Aviation Authority: creation on 2016 and deployed over the years. Making sure the aviation sector is developed and supervised safely, securely and sustainably. Currently in charge of AIS communication, RPAS authorization, OLS validation and management, infrastructure authorization and audit► Rulemaking: developing and implementing the RPAS regulation, ammending USOAP audit findings as the National Continuous Monitoring Coordinator.► Infrastructure: evaluating sites for the new national heliport, assessing the feasibility of an airport in national territory, tender structuring for heliport/vertiport concession (ongoing)► Air traffic development: promoting the Andorran participated Spanish airport LEU tofind new commercial operators, successful PSO contract to establish new route between LEU and MAD, leading the follow-up committee for the PSO and infrastructure management► Chief Delegate at the ICAO A39, A40 and A41 General Assembly► Assisting the Transportation Department in other related matters such as tender development, sustainable transportation, car rent rulemaking and public transportation improvement.

ANDOCA Inspecció i Control was an andorran partner in terms of safety. Provided the extended experience of OCA Group in the testing and inspection industry, ANDOCA brought all kinds of services with national partners and workers, with the supervision, support and accreditations of OCA Group in its grounding. We handled with all regulatory obligations in Andorra, regarding industrial safety and environmental policies in order to ensure efficiency in compliance with the rules. ANDOCA Inspecció i Control main services are Industrial and Infrastructure Inspection, Health and Safety, Environment and Quality, Energy Efficiency, Construction Inspection and Risk Prevention.

External consultant dedicated to assisting businesses and public entities in aviation related projects, including:► Supporting a private company for the tender preparation of a 22 airport handling concession in Spain. The main task included building a complete business plan for the concession period for each of the 22 airports, starting with the forecast of operations during the period in a base and pessimistic lines. Based on that, calculating and presenting all the income, expenditures, profit & loss statements.► Advising a national department on Civil Aviation development and public infrastructure planning.► Assisting consulting companies in offer preparations and non-familiar market scouting and reaching.► Participating in a Nationwide study of the air transport quality for a North African country. The 5 month project consisted in elaborating a database that included all the data for routes, passengers, aircraft, airlines, lost baggage. Interpreting its evolution, evaluate its quality, and preparing an extensive report that included an interactive dashboard with all the data.► Developing and supervising traffic forecasts in airport and airport operators due diligences.
