The implacable technological advance has been called technological determinism, which means that technology determines the course of society and that is where technological management and the so-called intelligence management charge a special value to jurists, and therefore our commission's objective is to support through seminars, courses, talks, activities, strategic alliances with national and international companies and to motivate all active members of the National Bar Association of Panama to integrate and take advantage of these tools and new knowledge opportunities Technological-Legal, in order to strengthen the fundamental bases that allow them to legislate on facts where Computer Law is present and to be able to execute legal actions in accordance with the current legal provisions, in order to be able to have the basic legal knowledge in agreement to technological advances and application of the regulatory laws of this matter in the Republic of Panama.
