I became the first Assistant Project Manager at the Online Learning Course Department that oversees both BYU-Idaho Online courses, and services BYU-Pathway instructors. I became the very first Hiring Manager at the BYU-Idaho Support Center.With my previous experience as a recruiter, I built from scratch a system meant to efficiently screen and hire at least 40 new individuals every semester. I also coordinated the creation of an in-home ATS and proceeded to develop additional tools based on data I collected to increase our retention rate by 30% within the first quarter.
