Most important professional activity outside University: Judge of the Administrative Litigation Chamber at the National High Court (from 2004 to 2009). As such, rapporteur of more than 200 sentences in this Chamber; Advisor and consultant, through investigation or cooperation projects and contracts, regarding constitutional and administrative litigation, among other institutions, to the following: a) State institutions: Human Rights Inter-American Court, Iberoamerican Federation of Ombudsman; Ombudsman of Spain, Mexico, Uruguay, Puerto Rico and Cataluña; Ministry of Domestic Affairs (Spain), Spanish Agency of Data Protection; b) Private Institutions: Springer Group (Germany), International Cooperation Agency (Germany); Auschwitz Institute (New York); General Workers’ Union; Workers’ Commissions ; Amnesty International; Oxfam-Intermon; Greenpeace. Most important activities developed in the University: - Investigation Projects, financed by public funds, through processes of competitive concurrence: in total 19 since 2000, around 100.000 annual euros. Publications: more than 100 articles in academic magazines, 8 books as an author and 24 as a director. Last book: Social Rights and Antidiscrimination Protection (Aranzadi, 2012, 2.388 pages).
