- Planned a strategic plan to find a cheap and good quality poncho manufacturer in South America for Cape Ivy. Recruited and found two different poncho manufacturers for Cape Ivy that produced cheap but high-quality ponchos.- Organized and helped plan the first delivery of 400 ponchos from a Peruvian Manufacturer.- Found grants of over one thousand dollars to help Cape Ivy increase their poncho stock.

- Analyzed the viability of, and developed a testing plan, for the Love No Ego Foundation’s mentorship program. The project consisted of determining avenues for increasing the number of mentors, therefore, we had to do a benchmark about the possible groups that could be mentors. After this, we interviewed those groups to find as much research as possible to obtain possible solutions. - Initiated a partnership with Madison House to gather more volunteers for Innisfree, a 550-acre residential farm community for adults with intellectual disabilities. In addition, designed a social media strategy to promote Innisfree, helping them pursue possible volunteers. In addition, we formed online strategies to promote the volunteer position, find domestic volunteer sources, and analyze the qualifications of volunteering for Innisfree. - Identified and found possible customer groups for Belmont Arts Collaborative (BAC) rental spaces. Interviewed past and present customers to learn more about the client's needs and wants. Developed a Marketing Campaign to increase awareness of the non-profit in Charlottesville.

- Participated in developing strategic plans for different marketing campaigns ( Pride Month, Tunki, Plin, and the Emoji Campaign) which helped Interbank improve its image as a bank. - Analyzed (benchmarking, focus groups, shadowing) the main issues and necessities of the branches to elaborate solutions (making the branches more digitalized, enjoyable, and educative for the clients) and presented them to the Brand and Communication VP.
