I render my services as a lawyer in business advisor and immigration in international environments. What passionates me in my profession is to assume the responsibility of complex problems demanding new knowledge and perspective acquisition to render solutions. Shortly after passing the bar, I was given the opportunity to be in charge of the legal department in Spain of a foreign group dedicated to talent acquisition and IT services outsourcing, where I covered corporate, labour, payroll areas, comply with GDPR in collaboration with a partner for tax and accounting areas. The company grew from 25 to 85 employees. To the purpose of easing foreign talent acquisition, I got trained in immigration procedures, successfully applying for High Skilled Personal, Residence and Work Visa, Student Visa, Residence for Practices. During this period I have consolidated English as my work language and learned the operation of an international company. I learned the role of the legal department in the protection of the Company interests and the needs of the Board of Directors and HR and channelling them through the local legal framework. This experience enabled me to continue rendering these services to other foreign companies to deploy and conduct their activity in Spain in a safe way and broaden my services to private clients to legalize their status in Spain. In parallel I have collaborated with innovation studios, developing automation of legal procedures. My clients thank me for my commitment, based on the availability and continuous contact.
