I worked as a IT research assistant with Dell technologies at first, where I did the analysis, and maintenance of the hardware in general and the different systems, Kind of everything. I consider that this was a great experience and participating in a big company that gave me a good vision of IT projects

I worked in a mixed role between IT Support Assistant and test analyst (QA).As a IT Support Assistant, I worked configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers, routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users, working at a help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.As a Test Analyst, I worked testing the company´s internal systems, thus documenting their conditions and characteristics according to the different scenarios where they appeared creating the test cases.
