- Liaison with the European Institutions (mainly, European Commission and European Investment Bank).- Represent EPTISA in front of the EU: assist to seminars, commercial meetings, strategic approach…- Plan the long term strategy of the company in the MFF (2021-2027).- Prepare specific strategic commercial proposals for the company.

- Opening of EPTISA Office in Ethiopia: registration, office rent, hiring of staff, office supplies…- Lead the commercial actions of the company in the new market.- Final responsible of the projects under implementation. Management of the different teams involved in the works coming from different offices and divisions.- Management of the day-to-day of the office, including HHRR, legal issues, financial and accounting matters, client management…- Direct management of the clients we are working for and other future potential clients.- Final responsible of the achievement of the objectives of the P&L of EPTISA Office in Ethiopia.

- Reporting to the Regional Manager, the objective was to open new markets for the company in East Africa Region, mainly Ethiopia, but also in countries like Kenya, Mozambique or Zambia.- Direct management of the potential clients within those countries.

- Responsible for the management and implementation of the Business Plan of the Consulting Division of the company.- Lead the commercial activity of the Consulting Division, including HHRR issues.- Manage and coordinate the preparation of commercial proposals for clients (mainly the EU).- Final responsible of the commercial figures of the Division.
