Worked within the logistics team to constantly improve processes and assembly line efficiencies. • Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to understand proper and safe operation of the assembly lines. • Launched Gemba Boards in various areas of the plant to incite improvement on safety, quality, costs, and delivery matters with weekly reviews and daily accountability. • INTERN FINAL PROJECT: focused on manpower determination for the assembly lines of a newly upcoming model, and minimizing that number while still mainting proper efficiency of the lines. Resulted in annual savings, time reduction and job rebalancing.

Served as support in the logistics division, working on projects first-hand with clients and helping them coordinate the logistics behind their operations.

In collaboration with Origin by Ocean (OBO), coordinated the recollection sargassum in the beaches of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in order to be sent through freight companies towards Helsinki, Finland to be repurposed into commercial products.
