During the J&J years I have progressed from entrance positions (Product Manager Assistant) to executive position as Marketing Manager reporting to the Managing Director of the Spanish branch. I also had the opportunity to have international experience as I was appointed to the International Development Program, an exclusive J&J program to further develop few & selected individuals within the organization with the aim of making them become to their fullest potential in top executive positions.During all these years I had the opportunity to deal with various mass market brands with very different targets: I worked in J's baby, J's pH5.5, Clean and Clear, Carefree and OB.I have also been active member and leader of a number of european projects, leading european business and developing of both business (NPD) and marketing strategies (including copy development and full ad creating process).
